Our facility provides outstanding customer service. Our Customer waiting area has leather couches, a HDTV, coffee/tea machine and a handicap bathroom. Our owner has made it his goal to ensure that every customer is happy and comfortable for 49 years. We are a direct repair shop for Allstate/Encompass, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, USSA, Amica, New York Central and so much more.
We provide a flatbed towing service to our customers. We have a 25,000 square footage and 4,000 square footage vehicle area, and a designated estimating area for our customers.
We have two estimators. Our shop uses CCC One estimating system and we use quick books for our management system.
Our body shop has four frame machines, five repair techs, three metal workers, and two detailers. Our employee’s liability is a million dollars and our general liability is a million dollars. Our facility has spray baking booth, pro spot welder, hybrid air condition machine, nitrogen plastic welder and MIG/TIG/ARC welder.
